What order should I use them in?

How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

Sensitive gums here and usually electric brushes make me wince, but the gentle mode is actually gentle. I can switch to a stronger setting after coffee and not feel beat up. The bristle options were great to try on day one, I ended up loving the soft head. Feels like a small upgrade to my day that I actually notice.
