What order should I use them in?
Brush the full two minutes with AuraOne first, then finish with sixty seconds of WaveOne to flush out what the brush loosened.
How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

I’m forgetful and skip charging things, but this battery lasts long enough that it doesn’t matter. Modes are clearly labeled, and the medium head feels just right. I appreciate the simple instruction card. My only tiny nitpick is the indicator light could be bigger. Still an easy recommend.

Customer support actually answered my email when I asked about replacement heads, which was a nice surprise. The brush feels balanced in the hand and the vibrations are smooth, not buzzy. I changed from soft to medium after a week and the clean felt deeper without making my gums tender. The pressure feedback trains you fast, after a few days I barely trigger it. Charging is straightforward and I like that the cord isn’t huge.
