What order should I use them in?
Brush the full two minutes with AuraOne first, then finish with sixty seconds of WaveOne to flush out what the brush loosened.
How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

I had tartar buildup along the lower teeth and my hygienist commented this month how much better it looked. I’ve been using the strong mode every other night and gentle the rest. The battery life has been excellent. Also the charging cord fits my phone brick which is handy. The firm head surprised me by not feeling scratchy at all.

My teen son never cared about brushing properly, and I was tired of nagging. He actually likes cycling through the five modes and the little alert when he presses too hard. He says it feels like the dentist polish without the scraping. The medium head seems to be his favorite and has held up well. Shipping was quick and the packaging wasn’t a hassle to open.
