What order should I use them in?

How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

I used to get sore gums after brushing and thought it was normal. With this I turned on the gentle mode and let the bristles do the work, and the soreness vanished in a week. The timer makes me finish the full two minutes instead of quitting early. Even my partner commented that my teeth look shinier which made me laugh. Unboxed it and was brushing in five minutes because it’s pretty straightforward. I appreciate the three heads included since I wasn’t sure what I’d like, turns out the medium bristles are my sweet spot. The vibration felt odd on day one but by day three I was sold. I also like that it pauses briefly every 30 seconds so I don’t zone out and miss spots. The only nitpick is the charging cable could be a tad longer but not a deal breaker.

I had minor gum recession and wanted something gentle. The lowest pressure is actually soft, and I work my way up when needed. The reservoir window shows how much is left which is helpful. The pouch keeps everything together for camping weekends and I don’t worry about dirt because it zips tight.
