The device charges fast and the light indicator is clear. I did a little test and got four full uses on level 4 before needing a refill mid session which is fine. After years using a bulky brush with an app I never opened, this feels refreshingly straightforward. Five modes is plenty without being confusing. Travel case fits the handle and two heads which I bring on weekend trips. It’s light in the hand but doesn’t feel cheap. The only tweak I made was switching to the soft head when my gums felt tender the first day. Since then it’s been smooth sailing and my mouth feels super clean after every use.

Our teen has sensitive gums and was nervous about power brushes, but the soft head with the gentle mode eased her in. She actually brushes longer now because the vibration is comfortable and the light tells her when she is pressing. Switched from a cheaper electric that rattled my fillings and this one feels smoother. I like that it pauses slightly to tell you when to move to the next section, helps me not zone out. I did contact support to ask about replacement heads and they replied the same day with a link, which was nice. The travel case snaps shut tight and fits in my backpack without popping open. Only tiny gripe is I wish the indicator light was a tad brighter in my dim bathroom but it’s not a deal breaker.
