How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

Two weeks in and I can tell I am pressing less and brushing longer because of the little reminders it gives. I start with the polish setting on weekends when I have time and it makes the front teeth super smooth. I was worried it would be heavy but it is nicely balanced and easy to hold when my hands are wet. Shipping was on time and the box included three heads so I did not have to run to a store. For the price it feels like a smart buy.

I switched from a basic manual brush and the difference is real. The sonic vibrations feel strong but not harsh and the pressure sensor keeps me from mashing my gums like I used to.
