Customer service helped me figure out which head to use after I messaged them about receding gums, and they replied the same day. I swapped to the soft head and the light touch plus the pressure sensor made a big difference. The handle has a nice grip even when wet. I’ve tried pricier brushes and cheaper ones and this sits right in the comfort zone for features without being annoying. Mouth feels fresh and my partner noticed my breath is better in the evenings.

My spouse has sensitive gums and I have none so we both use the same handle with different heads. It is nice that soft and medium were included since we did not have to buy extras right away. The pressure sensor was an eye opener because I press too much when I get sleepy at night. Now the light nudges me to ease up and I do not see the pink in the sink anymore. I bought this for my college kid and he actually uses it, which shocked me.
