What order should I use them in?

How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

After a month I can say the results are noticeable. Plaque at the gum line is way less and my morning breath situation improved. I appreciate the pressure guidance as I tend to be heavy handed. My only tiny gripe is the mode button is a bit firm to press but you get used to it. I like that the included heads give different feels so you can tweak the comfort.

My kid chipped a tooth last year and has been nervous brushing around it. The gentle mode with the pressure reminder helped a lot because it stops us both from mashing the bristles into the sore spot. We keep all three heads in the bathroom drawer and swap when we need to. Got this after seeing it in a friend’s guest bathroom and I’m glad I did. Setup was basically fill with water, click the tip, and go. The pulse stream really does knock out bits that regular floss leaves behind for me. It took a couple tries to find the pressure that didn’t tickle my nose, but once I did it felt great. I’ve been using it before brushing and my mouth feels fresher in the morning.
