Because they clean different things. Bristles handle surfaces, the water jet handles the gaps and the gumline. Run both and you cover the whole mouth, and the bundle costs less than picking them up one at a time.
Brush the full two minutes with AuraOne first, then finish with sixty seconds of WaveOne to flush out what the brush loosened.
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

I switched from a basic electric brush and the difference was obvious on day one. The pressure warning saved me from pressing too hard which I used to do without noticing. I like having five modes but I mostly use gentle on weekdays and deep clean on Sundays. Battery life has been great so far and the travel case kept it clean in my gym bag. The included heads are a nice touch because my wife prefers soft while I like medium.

I grabbed this after my old electric brush died and I’m glad I did because it feels strong without being harsh on my gums. The pressure light nudges me to ease up and I didn’t realize how hard I used to push. I rotate soft in the mornings and medium at night and the modes are simple to flip through. It charged once on Sunday and made it through the week. The travel case actually fits in my tote which is rare for me.

I moved from a basic manual brush to this device and the difference after the first night was obvious. The timer pulses help me not rush and the pressure light flashes if I start scrubbing like I used to. I rotate between the firm head on weekends and soft during the week. After a month my coffee stains look lighter and my hygienist appointment felt less awkward. Also love that it stands neatly on the counter and the charger is small.

I switched from a basic electric brush and immediately noticed how much smoother my teeth felt after the first use. The pressure light is super helpful because I tend to push too hard and this keeps me honest. I usually start with the sensitive mode in the morning and switch to the deep clean at night, and it remembers my last setting. The handle is comfy, not slippery with wet hands. Battery life surprised me, I only charged it once in three weeks. The included heads made it easy to test what I like.

I like the five pressure options. I keep it low for my kid and higher for me, works great.

First impression out of the box felt premium without extras I won’t use. The heads are labeled soft medium firm which made testing easy, and my gums prefer soft on days after popcorn or nuts. I like that there’s no app because I’m tired of connecting everything to my phone. The pressure light is a small thing that changed my brushing habit. After two weeks my dentist said keep doing whatever you’re doing, less plaque around the lowers.

Solid toothbrush. The pressure sensor blinks when I get carried away which helps.

After a month I’m seeing less staining on the backs of my lower teeth where plaque always hides. The sonic vibration feels strong but not harsh, and the pressure sensor keeps me honest when I get sleepy and press too hard. My partner noticed my breath is better in the morning which is honestly the best feedback. I rotate the brush heads each week to see what I like and the medium has been the winner. The battery life has been excellent, charged it once out of the box and still going.

I’ve used a few electric brushes over the years and this is the least fussy one yet. I unboxed it, clicked on the medium head, and got to brushing. The cleaning feels thorough without that numb mouth feeling I had with my last brand. The pressure light nudged me at first, then I figured out a lighter grip. I charge it every week out of habit, but it hasn’t died on me. My morning routine is faster and my coffee stains don’t hang around as much.
