How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

I bought this for my teen who refuses to read instructions. He figured it out in two minutes which is saying a lot. The pressure sensor got him to stop sawing at his gums and the different heads let him experiment until he liked the medium one. I appreciate the long battery because he never remembers to plug things in. Shipping was on time and the packaging wasn’t wasteful.

My teen son and I share the handle with different heads and it works great for both of us. He uses the higher mode because he likes the buzz, I stick to gentle since my gums are sensitive. The timer nudges help him not rush which was a problem before. We’ve noticed less plaque around the brackets of his retainer too. For the price, the bundle of heads and the case felt fair.
