How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

My spouse and I share the handle and keep separate heads in the travel case pockets. The case is actually nicer than I expected and it stopped the toothpaste goo from getting all over my bag on a work trip. I use medium head on daily clean and she prefers the soft head on sensitive. We both noticed our gums look less red. No app or weird setup which I appreciate at 6 am.

What surprised me most is how quiet it is. My old one sounded like a power tool and woke my toddler. This one is calm and still gets my teeth smooth, especially around a crown on my back molar. The interval pulses help me switch quadrants so I actually do the full time. I also like that it remembers my last mode when I turn it on again. I charge it on Sundays and it easily makes it to the next weekend.

First week impressions are great. I like how I can swap between clean and sensitive depending on coffee days. My old brush died mid trip so I appreciated the long battery here. Been using this for a month and I like the choices without it getting complicated. Five modes sound like a lot but I mostly stick with two and it remembers my last setting which is nice half asleep. The vibrations are strong but not buzzy in the jaw. My teen tried it and liked the medium head so I ordered more heads which were easy to find. Charging via the little stand is tidy on our small sink.
