How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

I grabbed this after my old electric brush died and I’m glad I did because it feels strong without being harsh on my gums. The pressure light nudges me to ease up and I didn’t realize how hard I used to push. I rotate soft in the mornings and medium at night and the modes are simple to flip through. First impression out of the box felt premium without extras I won’t use. The heads are labeled soft medium firm which made testing easy, and my gums prefer soft on days after popcorn or nuts. I like that there’s no app because I’m tired of connecting everything to my phone. The pressure light is a small thing that changed my brushing habit. After two weeks my dentist said keep doing whatever you’re doing, less plaque around the lowers.

I have sensitive gums and this thing made a difference within the first week. Using the soft head with the lightest mode takes a little longer, but I end up with less irritation and still feel clean. The buzz that tells me I’m pressing too hard is gentle enough that it doesn’t startle me. I tossed it in the included case for a weekend wedding and it survived the carry on just fine.
