Shipping was quick and the box had everything labeled clearly, including three heads which is nice since my husband likes firm and I’m a soft person. Setup was literally charge and go. The pressure sensor surprised me at how often I was pushing too hard, but within a few days the light stopped coming on much. I noticed less soreness along the gumline after switching. The only minor gripe is the button is a tad sensitive when I’m cleaning it, so I sometimes change modes by accident, but overall it’s a keeper.
