How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

Cleans fine but the mode light is kind of tiny and hard to see in my dark bathroom. Also wish the travel case had a little space for toothpaste, minor gripe but annoying.

I switched from a basic manual brush and it’s a big upgrade. First couple days the pressure light flashed often, but it taught me to relax my grip. My breath is better in the morning and the polished feeling lasts. The charging dock is small, which I like. If I could change one thing I’d add a grippy texture, but performance wise it’s spot on.

I bought this after my old sonic brush died mid trip and I love how simple it is to use. The five modes actually make sense and I use gentle when my gums feel tender then power up on weekends for a deeper clean. I travel weekly for work and needed something that wouldn’t die mid trip. This thing holds a charge through two full weeks and the case kept it from turning on in my bag, which happened with my last brand. Pressure feedback is helpful since I tend to scrub like crazy. I bought this for my college dorm because I needed something that travels on weekends. The case fits into my backpack front pocket and keeps the extra heads clean. I mostly use the sensitive mode since my braces just came off and my gums are finicky. The timer pulses are clear and the buzzing is not too loud for roommates.
