Shipping was quick and the packaging was simple to open which I appreciate at 11 pm when I finally got to it. First brush felt ticklish and I almost laughed, then a few days later I got used to it and now I miss that feeling if I skip. The medium head is my go to and I swap to firm on Sundays before the week starts. Battery seems to last forever and I just top it up when I remember.
