Customer service helped me figure out which head to start with and suggested the soft one until my gums adjusted. That was solid advice. After a week I moved to the medium head and the deeper clean mode and it still felt comfortable. The device gives a light alert if I press too hard which I used to do a lot with manual brushes. Overall I feel like I am brushing better with less effort.

First impression out of the box was nice build and not slippery. I tend to press hard so the light flashing at me was a good reminder and after a week my gums looked less red. The deep clean mode is great after popcorn nights, really shakes stuff loose.
