The first day I pressed too hard out of habit and the light came on, so I eased up and my gums instantly felt better. Bought this after a coworker mentioned the pressure sensor and I’m glad I did. I didn’t realize how hard I was brushing until the light kept flashing at me the first few days. I’m not fussy about gadgets but this one made my nightly routine easier. The button layout is simple, tap to start and it remembers the last mode which saves me from scrolling. The vibration feels smooth and doesn’t splash toothpaste everywhere like my old one did. After two weeks my coffee stains faded a bit and my partner noticed my breath is better in the morning. I’d recommend starting with the soft head if you have tender gums.

My partner brushes way too hard and I could hear the old brush squeal on his teeth. With this one the pressure light keeps him honest and his gums look less red. My gums are on the sensitive side so I stick to gentle most days but once or twice a week I hit the deeper mode and it really gets rid of that fuzzy feeling on the front teeth, the switch between modes is quick and the light indicators are clear even without my glasses on.
