I used the gentle mode the first few days then switched to clean and it felt stronger without being harsh. Customer service was helpful when I had a small question about the heads fitting, they replied the same day and sent a short video that cleared it up. Using this twice daily has made my routine feel consistent and my flossing is easier because less gunk is stuck. I like that there’s no app or extra steps, just click and brush. The pressure sensor teaches you pretty fast to stop jamming it into your gums. Overall very happy with it.

I’ve tried a few sonic brushes and this one strikes a nice balance of power and simplicity. No app, no weird subscriptions, just charge it and brush. The travel case came in handy during a work trip, kept everything dry and not rattling in my backpack. The pressure sensor has already fixed my habit of pressing too hard on my lower front teeth. Only nitpick is the mode lights could be a bit brighter in my dim bathroom.
