When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

I picked this up after my old rechargeable died and I like how straightforward it is. Five modes sounds like a lot but I mostly use clean and sensitive depending on coffee or sore gums. The pressure sensor has already taught me to lighten up which my hygienist kept nagging me about. Battery has gone two and a half weeks on the first charge. The included travel case made a work trip easy since the heads and handle stayed put in my suitcase.

I’m a light packer and this thing fits in my dopp kit with room to spare which I honestly didn’t expect. At home I keep it on the sink and it stands up without wobbling. I’ve tried the firm head for a deep weekend clean and it didn’t irritate my gums, probably thanks to the pressure sensor. My spouse borrowed it once and ordered their own. Small gripe, the mode labels are tiny, but after a week I do it by feel.

My mom struggles with sensitive gums and I set this up for her. She uses the sensitive mode with the soft head and hasn’t had soreness. I use the medium head on clean and it’s perfect after morning runs when I feel gross. We share the handle but keep our heads in the case, it has spots so they don’t touch.
