When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

My kid had braces removed and we were trying to keep the retainer funk down. This device made a clear difference in the morning smell and along the gum line. The pressure feedback helped him stop mashing the brush which used to make his gums red. He uses the two minute cycle and I hear it pause for each quadrant which is helpful. I travel for work three or four days a week, so the case and battery were big factors. The case actually protects the brush and extra head without rattling in my backpack. I used it for a full 10 day trip without charging. The brush feels strong but not harsh, and the little pause every 30 seconds helps me move zones. Only thing I’d tweak is the button is a bit sensitive if you pick it up mid brush, but otherwise very pleased.
