It cleans fine but the travel case latch is kind of fiddly and the LED is too bright at night. Also wish the mode beep was quieter. Not a deal breaker but a bit annoying.

When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

Cleans fine but the handle is a bit slippery with toothpaste foam and I wish the power button had a tiny texture. The travel case hinge also squeaks, not a big deal but kind of annoying for the price.

My apartment has a tiny bathroom so I wanted something straightforward with a small footprint. This device stands neatly on the counter and doesn’t splash water everywhere like my last brand. I’m a night shift nurse and need quiet stuff around the house when people are sleeping. This brush is quieter than my last one and the battery held up through a 10 day stretch with no charge. I also like the simple cap on the heads in the travel case, very tidy. The clean mode is strong but not harsh and the sensitive mode helped after a spicy food week when my gums were cranky. I didn’t have to download any app or make an account which I love.
