I was skeptical about multiple modes but ended up using them all. After coffee I pick the polish setting, at night I switch to a calmer one so I do not buzz my whole skull. The battery seems very strong, I charged it on Monday and two weeks later still going green. I reached out to support to ask about replacement heads and they replied same day with a link, which was nice. My only tiny nit is I wish the button click was a bit quieter, but it is not a big deal.
