When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

I’m a night shift nurse and need quiet gear since I get ready while everyone is asleep. This brush is soft sounding, not a loud buzz like my old one, and the soft head doesn’t irritate after back to back shifts. I really appreciate the long battery because I forget to plug things in. I travel for work twice a month and the battery life is the reason I keep using it. I fully charged once and got two trips before needing to top up. The case holds two heads which is handy because I keep the soft one for mornings and firm for nights after heavy meals. The vibrations are strong enough to feel like a deep clean but not too loud. My only wish is marks on the heads to tell them apart quicker.

I’ve been using this device for three weeks and I’m honestly impressed with how consistent my brushing has gotten. The pressure light blinks if I press too hard which used to be a big problem for me, and now my gums feel less tender. I like having five modes but I mostly stick to clean in the morning and sensitive at night. The medium head is my favorite so far and swapping heads is quick. Battery still shows plenty after a dozen charges.
