The unboxing was simple and the instructions were clear. I like that it included three types of brush heads because I didn’t have to guess what to order. I started with soft while my gums adjusted, then moved to medium and I’m sticking with that. The pressure indicator taught my 12 year old how to brush without scraping, so we share the handle and swap heads. It’s been a nice upgrade from our old basic brush.

I have sensitive gums and a couple of crowns, so I was nervous to try another sonic brush, but this one feels controlled. The modes are clear and the pause every 30 seconds makes it easy to hit each quadrant without thinking. I emailed support about how to clean the handle and they responded within a day with a simple guide. The only tiny gripe is the power button is a little low for my thumb, but you get used to it in a week. Overall very happy with how clean my teeth feel.

After a couple of weeks my gums look less red and I haven’t had any new sensitivity. I think the sensor helps me not to overdo it, and I also like the feel of the sonic vibration at the gumline. It kind of forces me to slow down which is good. I swap to deep mode after a big dinner or popcorn night and it clears stuff out well. Would recommend to anyone who wants a cleaner feel without scratching up their mouth.

After two weeks I can say my mouth feels cleaner and my gums aren’t sore anymore. I started on the gentle mode then moved to standard and that balance is perfect. The included soft and medium heads are both comfy and I switched my spouse to the firm one. We keep the charger in the bathroom and barely use it since the battery holds up.
