When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

Been using for a month and my morning breath is way less nasty. I did not change toothpaste, so I think it is the deeper clean along the gum line. The two minute timer helped me slow down and my mouth feels cleaner overall. Also the charging is simple, just plug and forget. Customer support answered my email about replacement heads quickly and sent a link.

I have braces and food gets trapped in the back, super annoying. With this brush I can feel the vibration loosening stuff before I floss. The quadrant timer helps me focus instead of rushing. Also appreciate that it is quiet, so early mornings do not wake my roommate. Extra heads included saved me another order which was convenient.

i was like ok another toothbrush but this one actually feels comfy in the hand and not too heavy. deep clean buzz is strong but not crazy. timer bumps every 30 sec so i move around. teeth feel glassy smooth after
