As someone with braces in the past, I’m picky about how my teeth feel. This gets between the brackets areas I used to struggle with, even though I’m out of braces now. The medium head plus deep clean mode is my go to at night. The travel case snaps shut and doesn’t open in my gym bag which is great. I have mild gum recession and was nervous trying a sonic brush again. The sensitive mode here is actually gentle and the pressure warning keeps me from overdoing it. I called support about how long to charge the first time and the rep was patient and friendly. Since then it’s been plug and forget every couple weeks. My teen borrows it with the medium head and now wants their own which says a lot.
