When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

Bought this for my dad who hates complicated stuff. He figured it out in one try and now actually brushes longer because of the timer nudges. He prefers the firm head with a lighter touch and the light helps him keep it right. Battery lasts for him about three weeks which is great because he forgets to charge things.

Shipping was faster than I expected and the box included three different brush heads, which I didn’t realize at first. I started with the medium but swapped to the soft when my gums were tender after a cleaning and that fixed it. The timer pulses help me not to rush and the pressure alert blinked a few times until I got used to a lighter touch. No app to pair and I’m thankful for that. After a month I notice coffee stains are less stubborn and my breath stays fresher in the morning.

After a month I can say my morning routine is calmer and quicker. I keep it on the second mode and let the timer buzz me along each quadrant, which weirdly makes me brush longer. Coffee drinker here and I’ve noticed less staining especially near the gum line. The handle is light and doesn’t rattle my jaw like my last brand. Charging has been once so far and it still had a bar left. For someone who hates messing with apps this is perfect.

I used to own a brush with an app and I stopped using it because of constant updates. This is refreshingly straightforward. The timer pulses make it easy to move around my mouth and I finally spend time on the inside surfaces. Shipping took four days and the box had zero plastic fluff which I appreciated. If I could change one thing, I’d add a darker color option to hide toothpaste spots.

Shipping was quick and the packaging wasn’t over the top which I appreciate. First brush felt a bit strange coming from a cheap battery model but after two days my mouth felt cleaner between molars. My teen borrowed it and asked for one because of the timer pulses. The soft head is very kind on my receding gums and I haven’t had any irritation. One tiny wish would be a grippier handle when my hands are soapy.
