When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

I’ve been using this device for about a month and it made my morning routine calmer. I keep it on the standard mode for weekdays and switch to the polish mode on Sundays when I have time. The pressure warning light nudged me to stop pressing so hard, which used to make my gums sting. I appreciate that it came with three heads because my partner likes the soft one and I prefer medium. Customer support was helpful when I asked about replacement heads. They answered within a day and sent a link with all the options. Got this after my hygienist suggested a sonic brush and it’s been solid. The real time feedback stopped my bad habit of grinding the brush into my gums.
