When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

I’m a nurse so my schedule is messy and sometimes I crash without brushing, not proud of it. Since getting this, I actually look forward to it because my mouth feels extra fresh after crazy shifts. I like swapping to the soft head when my gums feel tender after long coffee binges. Charging is easy and it hasn’t died on me yet even when I forget to dock it. I’d buy another one for my sister who travels a lot.

I travel for work twice a month and the battery life is the reason I keep using it. I fully charged once and got two trips before needing to top up. The case holds two heads which is handy because I keep the soft one for mornings and firm for nights after heavy meals. The vibrations are strong enough to feel like a deep clean but not too loud. My only wish is marks on the heads to tell them apart quicker.

Customer support was helpful when I asked about how to clean the handle. They replied within a day and the advice worked. The brush itself is easy to learn. I rotate between polish and clean modes depending on coffee days and it keeps the surface smooth. Charging every two weeks has been normal for me. If they add a tiny travel plug in the future that would make it perfect for me.
