When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

After a month my gums bleed less and my breath is better in the morning, which my partner noticed before I did. I’m not super picky with toothbrushes but this one made me notice fewer rough spots on my lower teeth. The firm head is great once a week, but I mostly stick with medium since it’s gentle on my gums. Buttons are straightforward, no weird blinking menus, and it remembers the last setting which is handy at 6 am. Charging is simple and I haven’t drained it yet after many uses. It just does its job without fuss.

Bought one for me and one for my dad. He has sensitive gums and was nervous, but the softer head with gentle mode worked for him. I prefer the deep clean mode on coffee days and it really smooths out the stains. The pressure sensor is helpful and not annoying. We both like that there’s no app or weird syncing, just charge and brush.

I switched after my old electric quit on vacation and this one hasn’t let me down. The travel case fits the handle and two heads so I keep a spare medium in there. I like having five modes because I use gentle when my gums feel tender and then bump it to clean after coffee. The pressure light came on a lot at first and it taught me to ease up which actually made my mouth feel better. I only charge it every couple of weeks and it still has juice left.
