I ordered this for my college kid after they kept forgetting to charge their old brush and giving up. The battery on this thing lasts through midterms and the simple charging means they actually keep it ready. They texted me that the gums aren’t sore anymore because the light tells them to chill on the pressure. When they came home I tried it and ended up ordering one for myself too.

I bought it for my husband who has sensitive gums and he actually stopped avoiding brushing at night. He uses gentle with the soft head and I use clean with the firm, so the included variety worked for both of us. The pressure light is obvious but not annoying. Also appreciate the case since we visit family a lot and I don’t like loose toothbrushes in luggage. Zero learning curve which I prefer.

Customer service was friendly when I asked about replacement heads and pointed me to a subscription that’s optional which I liked. Charging is straightforward and I only plug it in every couple of weeks. My partner has sensitive gums and the soft head with gentle mode works great for them while I prefer a stronger setting. We basically share the handle with different heads and it’s been fine. It’s become part of our bedtime routine.
