Customer support replaced a head that arrived squished and they were quick and friendly. I appreciate that kind of service because it makes me trust the product more. I’ve used other sonic brushes for years, but this one is the easiest for me to live with day to day. The pressure sensor nudges me when I push too hard without being annoying, and I like being able to switch to gentle on days my gums feel cranky. I keep the medium head on most of the time and swap to firm after a heavy meal. Battery life has been excellent, two weeks so far and still going. The travel case is a small thing that ended up being huge for me because I’m in hotels a lot and it keeps everything clean.
