I bought two, one for me and one for my teen who hates brushing. The buzz and the simple button actually got him to use it longer. We both like that it is not super loud, and the pressure warning keeps him from sawing at his gums. I swapped to the firm head once to try it and it was too much for me, but options are nice. After six weeks no issues and still holding a charge.

Our teen never wanted to brush longer than 30 seconds and this made it into a small routine he actually follows.
