When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

My first thought after one use was wow my teeth feel like glass. I’m not great at brushing evenly, so the timer buzzes help me switch sides. After a week, the soreness I used to get is gone. The charger sits flat and doesn’t take up much space on my tiny sink. Really happy with it.

all lowercase bc im brushing while typing lol. the timer buzz makes me switch sides so i dont cheat. battery still full after a week which is wild to me. soft head for mornings medium at night works good

I rotate through the heads because my partner likes the soft one and I like the firm one for coffee stains, so it’s nice they were included. The timer pauses a bit between quadrants which helps me not get distracted. I wish the labels on the modes were slightly bigger, but after a few days I memorized the order. Overall it made my morning routine simpler and my mouth feels noticeably cleaner.
