Cleans fine but the travel case latch is kinda fiddly and pops open in my gym bag sometimes. Also the firm head feels too stiff for me so I just avoid it, wish the labels were bigger.

When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

As a frequent traveler I needed something that charges easily and survives being tossed in a backpack. The case is slim and actually protects the button from turning on, which happened with my last brush all the time. I used the polish mode after flights and it gets rid of that gross travel mouth. The motor is quieter than I expected and doesn’t wake my hotel neighbors. Overall a simple tool that does the job right every day.

My teen started braces and I wanted something easy for both of us, so we share the handle and swap brush heads. The modes are easy to understand, gentle for them and the regular clean for me, and there is no confusing setup. The travel case came in handy during a soccer tournament since everything fits and stays dry. After about a month, the plaque around the brackets is way less and our dentist noticed. I charge it maybe every two and a half weeks and it has never died mid brush.

Bought this for travel and ended up using it every day at home. The soft head is perfect for mornings and then I switch to the firm one on weekends when I’ve had too much coffee. I appreciate the timer pulses because I used to rush the back molars. My last electric brush required an app and constant updates, this one is blissfully simple. I picked this up after my old rechargeable died and I like how straightforward it is. Five modes sounds like a lot but I mostly use clean and sensitive depending on coffee or sore gums. The pressure sensor has already taught me to lighten up which my hygienist kept nagging me about. Battery has gone two and a half weeks on the first charge. The included travel case made a work trip easy since the heads and handle stayed put in my suitcase.
