The quadrant timer makes me slow down which is what my hygienist always nags me about. I like that I can switch to firm when I feel plaque building and then back to soft if my gums are tired. The design is straightforward which I appreciate. One button cycles through the modes and you can feel the change in intensity right away. I have sensitive gums and the gentle setting does not make them throb like my last brush. The medium head is my daily driver. I noticed less fuzzy feeling on my teeth at 3 pm when I usually crave gum.

First impression right out of the box was that it felt well made and balanced. The handle isn’t slippery and the button layout is straightforward. I like the whitening mode a lot because it seems to polish the front teeth and makes coffee stains less obvious. The pressure alert blinked at me the first few days but now I barely trigger it. I can definitely tell the difference on the tongue and along the gums.

For context I grind my teeth at night and my gums get tender. With this brush I use soft in the morning then normal at night and it’s been perfect. The real time pressure feedback actually taught me to let the bristles do the work. It also keeps my tongue feeling fresher, which I didn’t expect.
