Ordered it after my old one died right before vacation. Shipping was quick and the first charge took maybe an hour. I tried all five modes and settled on polish for coffee stains. The sonic buzz is strong but not rattly and the handle doesn’t feel cheap. My partner uses the firm head and I use soft, so having the different heads in the box saved us another order.
