When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

It cleans fine, but I wish the handle was a bit shorter and the mode light is kinda bright at night. Also the travel case latch feels stiff. Not deal breakers, just mildly annoying.

This product showed up early and the packaging was simple and recyclable which I appreciated. I took it for a 5 day work trip and the battery barely moved from full which gave me confidence to leave the charger at home. The travel case has spots for two heads so I kept the firm and soft with me. Real time pressure feedback is subtle, just a quick light, and it trains you pretty quickly. My teenage son tried it and asked for his own.

My hygienist recommended a sonic brush and I picked this one because it looked simple. Setup took about a minute and I was brushing. The five modes are clear and I mainly use clean and gum care. This device joined our family bathroom routine and actually cut down on arguments with my 9 year old. I switched from a basic battery brush and the difference is obvious. The modes are not confusing and I mainly stick to Clean in the morning and Gentle at night when my gums feel tender. The pressure indicator saved me from my bad habit of scrubbing. After two weeks my coffee stains around a front tooth look lighter and flossing is easier because there is less gunk. Charging once has lasted 16 days so far which is great for travel.
