When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

I switched from a basic manual brush and the first thing I noticed was how clean my teeth felt along the gum line. The modes are simple to cycle through and I mostly use clean in the morning and sensitive at night. The pressure sensor flashes when I push too hard which has really changed my habits. I got three heads in the box and started with medium, then moved to soft during allergy season when my gums were touchy. Battery life is strong, I charge it maybe every two weeks.

First week impressions are excellent. The sonic action feels focused and my mouth feels smoother even between the back molars where I usually miss.
