When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

Got this for my mom who has sensitive gums and she ended up loving it so I bought one for myself. The handle is comfortable and not slippery, even with toothpaste foam. I appreciate the real time pressure feedback because I tend to mash the bristles. The timer pulses are subtle and keep me on track. After using the firm head a few times a week my tea stains look lighter. Overall super happy with it.

Swapped from a more complicated brush that needed an app and timers that I never used. This one is straightforward, click the button and go. The vibrations feel stronger but less harsh somehow, and the handle is grippy even with wet hands. I travel for work every other week and the case fits nicely in my backpack without popping open. Only wish the mode labels were a touch bigger, but I learned the order quickly.

I had an older sonic brush that rattled my fillings and made my hand tingle. This one is smoother and the vibrations feel more controlled. I like that the timer pauses so I switch quadrants without thinking. My partner uses the firm head, I stick with soft, so the included heads saved us an extra buy. Only small nitpick is the mode lights are tiny in a dim bathroom, but otherwise it’s been great.
