When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

After a cleaning at the dentist I promised myself I’d do better, and this device actually made it easy. The sonic vibration feels smooth, not harsh, and the handle doesn’t tingle my hand like my old one did. I appreciate there’s no app to set up and the timer nudges me to move around my mouth. Charged it on Sunday and forgot about it, still going. Even my teenager commented that it looks nice in the bathroom, which is rare praise here.

I chew ice and my gums get irritated, so I wanted something kinder. The gentle mode with the soft head really does feel calming, almost like a massage. I’ve tried two big brand sonic brushes and they both had too many features hidden in an app. This one just works. The timer bumps help me not rush the back molars, and the medium head is a good everyday feel. I keep the travel case in my gym bag and the latch hasn’t popped open once. The vibration noise is a soft hum, not loud. Only thing I wish is a slightly brighter battery indicator, but it still holds a charge for weeks.

Shipping was quick and the packaging wasn’t fussy, which I appreciate. Setup was basically charge it and go. I found the gum care mode helpful when a crown was feeling tender. The timer encourages me to actually hit two full minutes instead of quitting early like I used to. Only tiny wish is a darker color option, but performance wise it’s great and the case has a nice click when it closes.
