When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on white mode. The built in timer keeps every session honest, so results stay on schedule.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle runs a two minute session and pulses every 30 seconds so you know when to move to the next quadrant. When time is up it just switches off. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the timer, the pacing, pressure protection, the little display. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the drive, the sensors, and the charging dock, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

Took it on a work trip and used the case every day. It kept the head from getting dusty in the hotel bathroom which I hate. The charger is tiny and I only used it once because the battery lasted the whole 10 days. I alternated between medium and firm heads just to test and I ended up liking medium with the deep clean mode best.

Been using it for about 7 weeks and the heads still feel springy, I rotate medium and firm depending on coffee days, and I like that the handle wipes clean with just a towel so it doesn’t get that toothpaste crust.
