When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

As a frequent traveler I needed something that could hold a charge and not explode in my backpack. This one did a four day conference with two brushes a day and still had juice. The case kept the heads clean and nothing popped open. At home I use the whitening style mode for coffee mornings and the standard one at night. I picked this up after my dentist said I was brushing too hard. The pressure sensor light pops on when I push down and it taught me to chill out. I mostly use clean mode on weekdays and white mode before weekends. Battery life is solid, I charge it maybe every 10 days. The soft head has been kind to my gums and my breath stays fresher longer which my partner noticed right away.

Customer service helped me figure out which head to use after I messaged them about receding gums, and they replied the same day. I swapped to the soft head and the light touch plus the pressure sensor made a big difference. The handle has a nice grip even when wet. I’ve tried pricier brushes and cheaper ones and this sits right in the comfort zone for features without being annoying. Mouth feels fresh and my partner noticed my breath is better in the evenings.
