When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

I bought this after my old brush died on vacation and honestly it made my routine easier right away. The five modes are simple to cycle through and I stick with gentle most mornings then switch to a stronger setting after dinner. The pressure light keeps me from going too hard which is something my hygienist nagged me about. Battery has been excellent with charging only once every couple of weeks. I bought this after my hygienist said I was brushing too hard and the pressure sensor has been a real help. The light kicks in when I push too much and I back off right away. I rotate between the sensitive and clean modes depending on coffee days. The battery went almost two weeks for me and the charger is small enough for my tiny counter. My gums feel less tender and my mornings are less messy since it does the work.

I bought this after my sister wouldn’t stop talking about it and I’m glad I did. The five modes are not a gimmick, I actually use three of them depending on coffee mornings or sore gum days.
