I messaged customer service about how often to change heads and they were friendly and quick. The unit feels well built with a clicky button I can find with wet hands. My gums are less puffy in the morning, which is what I wanted. I do daily mode in the morning and gum mode at night and that combo works for me.

I noticed less bleeding after brushing within a few days which felt huge for me. I’ve been dealing with sensitive gums since braces and always overdid it.
