When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

Setup took less than a minute, basically pop on a head and press the button. I like that there’s no app or weird settings to mess with because I just want to brush and go. The case is nicer than expected with room for extra heads and it didn’t rattle around in my suitcase. I wish the indicator lights were a little brighter but function wise it’s been solid. Definitely feels like a good value for what you get.

After reading a bunch of reviews I tried it for two weeks before my dental cleaning. My hygienist noticed less plaque behind my lower front teeth and asked what I changed. The pressure feedback kept me from grinding the bristles into my gums like I used to. I rotate the soft and firm heads based on how my mouth feels and that flexibility is great. The battery still shows plenty of juice.
