When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

I’m a coffee person so I wanted better cleaning without fancy apps. This device is straightforward, one button cycles modes and the timer pulses each quadrant. I tried all three brush heads and ended up liking the firm one at night and soft in the morning which is a nice surprise. After two weeks my partner said my breath seems fresher which made me laugh but also yeah it works. Charging is easy and the cord is not overly long which I prefer on my tiny sink.

Shipping was quick and the packaging was minimal which I appreciated. Setup took like one minute, just charge and go. My teen son and I share the handle with different heads and it works great for both of us. He uses the higher mode because he likes the buzz, I stick to gentle since my gums are sensitive. The timer nudges help him not rush which was a problem before. We’ve noticed less plaque around the brackets of his retainer too. For the price, the bundle of heads and the case felt fair.
