Questions? We're here to help.

When will I feel a difference?

Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.

What are the five modes?

Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.

How does the smart timer work?

The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.

How do I charge it?

With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.

Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?

Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?

The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

I’ve used a bunch of sonic brushes and this one sits in the sweet spot between power and comfort. The five modes are not confusing, I mostly use clean and sensitive. It’s quiet, my partner can sleep while I brush at 6 am. The battery lasted through a 10 day hike with no outlet and the case kept dirt out. One tiny nitpick is the indicator light is small, but it’s not a deal breaker.

Bought this for my partner and ended up keeping it because it fits my routine better. The medium brush head feels just right, and I like that I can swap to the soft one if my gums feel cranky after popcorn nights. The timer pulses are subtle but helpful, and the motor is strong without rattling my skull. Charging is simple and the battery has lasted 18 days so far. Not flashy, just does the job well every morning and night.

Using it two times a day and it still has battery after 10 days. Teeth feel slick.

Switched from a cheap battery brush and the difference was immediate. The sonic buzz feels strong but not harsh and the soft head is perfect while my gums recover from braces. I like that it gives a little pulse to move me along the quadrants. Charging is simple and I only had to top it off once in a month. Came well packed, no scuffs, and customer support answered a quick email about head compatibility in an hour.

I have sensitive gums and usually electric brushes are too much, but the gentle mode here feels comfy. The pressure light has taught me to lighten up, and now brushing is less of a chore. I like the small pauses that tell me to switch sides, it keeps me from rushing. Battery life is noticeably long and I just pop it on the charger once a week out of habit. Shipping was quick and the box included everything neatly packed.

I travel for sales twice a month so the case and the long battery were a big sell for me. It survived being tossed in my carry on and still looks new. I switch to the medium head at hotels and use the firm at home for a deeper clean. The modes are easy to change with one button and the pulse reminders keep me moving around my mouth. Solid buy.

I travel every other week for work and the battery life is the main reason I’m keeping it. Charged it once on Sunday and made it through ten days with power left. The case is slim and fits in my backpack pocket with toothpaste and two heads. I like that there’s no app to fiddle with at 5 am. Just click a mode and go, simple.
