When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

Been using it on and off between home and the firehouse where I work. Battery holds up to my odd schedule and I can toss the case in my locker without worrying about getting the inside dirty. I like the medium head for quick brushes and the whitening mode before nights out. The pressure sensor took a day to understand but now I use it as a reminder to slow down. Not the quietest I’ve tried, though it’s still fine early in the morning when my kid is asleep.

I keep this in the kids bathroom because my preteen tends to press too hard. The little light blinks when he goes wild and he actually eases up. His last checkup the dentist said less plaque around the back molars which is a huge win for us. I use the whitening mode a few times a week and notice coffee stains are lighter. Charging is mindless, I just do it Sunday night and forget about it. Simple and effective.

My teen and I share the handle with separate brush heads and it’s been great for both of us. She prefers the whitening style mode and I like the regular clean with the firm head for a quick morning routine.
