I bought this for my mom who has sensitive gums and she asked me to write a review because she loves it. She uses the gentle mode twice a day and the sensor reminds her not to press hard, which was always her bad habit. We’re a family of four and I labeled the extra heads with little stickers so everyone knows which is theirs. The kids actually brush longer now because they like the buzzing timer and I don’t have to nag as much. The pressure alert taught my oldest not to scrub like a dish brush. Had braces as a teen and I still get plaque spots behind my lower teeth. This thing gets in there without me jabbing the brush around, and the pressure alert stops me from overdoing it. I keep the firm head for Sundays and the soft one for the rest of the week. It’s small enough to fit in my tiny bathroom drawer which is a plus. Mouth feels dentist clean without the sore feeling after.
