When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

I was worried the firm head would be too rough but with the lower mode it actually feels fine. My kid is using the soft head and we set the timer so he knows when to switch quadrants. We don’t need an app nagging us, just the built in cues. Charging is straightforward and the stand doesn’t wobble. After a month my teeth feel smoother and my gums look less red.

My husband and I share the handle and just swap the heads since it came with a set. He prefers the firm head and I stick with soft because of sensitivity. The timer keeps us brushing long enough and we both noticed less bleeding at the gum line. It charges fast on the little port and we only plug it in every couple weeks. Good buy for our bathroom.

My 9 year old asked why my teeth look shinier which made me laugh. I think the even vibrations and the timer make me brush properly. I used to press hard and get sore spots, now the warning nudges me to back off. I really like that it came with three head types because my wife prefers firm and I like medium.
